Originally from Richmond, Virginia and now a Tulsa resident, Marvin has over 40 years experience in the pumping industry. Currently President and Co-Owner of PREMIERflow. Previously President and co owner TIGERFLOW Systems, Vice President of SyncroFlo, Inc. Marvin has authored numerous articles in Plumbing Engineer, Fire Protection Contractor, Pump and Systems, Correctional Building News and PM Engineering magazines. Also past Distributor Sales Manager and Outside Sales for Canariis Corporation and held positions as Fire Protections and Business Development Manager for HSI. The secret to my success Marvin will say; “Lead by example grounded in integrity and trust”. With a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida, Marvin is an alternate on the NFPA 20 Technical Committee on Fire Pumps.
Monroe P. Guest, CFO/Vice-President
Originally from Los Angeles, Monroe has over 22 years in the pumping industry. Currently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PREMIERflow, he was a key player as Assistant Controller at Boone & Boone Sales as well as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at TIGERflow. “No excuses, just get it done”, is Monroe’s philosophy... “Lead then get out of the way and let your people do what they do best”. “Attention to detail will always win over and over”. With a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Langston University, Monroe is also an Angel Flight pilot who has flown many terminally ill children to receive needed treatments.
